There is a wealth of support available in Lanarkshire for people with palliative or end of life care needs, their families, friends and carers. St Andrew's Day Hospice in Airdrie, Strathcarron Day Hospice in Denny, Dalziel Centre in Motherwell, Kilbride Day Hospice in East Kilbride, The Haven in Blantyre, The Little Haven in Forth and Maggie's Lanarkshire in Wishaw. Here you and your carers will receive medical, emotional, spiritual and bereavement support.
There are also many local support groups meeting weekly, fortnightly or monthly where you and your families, friends and carers can meet and talk to people with the same condition as you.
