Ear Care Clinics

Nurse led ear care clinics have been established in Monklands, Hairmyres and Wishaw Hospitals as well as Central Health Centre, Cumbernauld.

Your GP needs to refer you to these clinics. The nursing staff have received advanced training on ear assessment and care and can provide treatment for a number of conditions including wax removal, otitis externa and aural toilet.

The staff will also discuss with you measures you can take to avoid future problems providing general advice and guidance on maintaining good ear health.
