Activities Within the Programme 

 

There are a number of activities available, dependent on individual needs and the services available in your area.

Examples of activities are:

  • Self help programmes that will allow you to understand and manage your condition including anxiety, depression, pain, relationship issues, sleep problems and anger management
  • Access to exercise and leisure in your local area including swimming, gym induction/membership and fitness classes
  • Individually tailored stress management programmes with qualified therapists.
  • Positive thinking about mental health and wellbeing including confidence building, increasing self esteem and assertiveness
  • Advice and information on healthy and positive lifestyles including diet, physical activity and problem solving
