Our staff are firmly committed to providing the best possible care for you. We are keen to improve what we do by listening to what you and your relatives and visitors tell us.

We would therefore welcome your comments on what you think we did well and where we could do better. Please feel free to speak with your named nurse or doctor.

Most of our patients are happy with the care they receive. However we would like to hear from you if you are unhappy. Please try to raise your concerns with the staff in the ward involved first. If you are still unhappy and wish to make a formal complaint, please speak to the Ward Manager who will contact our Patient Services Manager.
