Our staff are firmly committed to providing the best possible treatment and care for you.
We are keen to improve what we do by listening to what you, your relatives and visitors tell us. We would therefore welcome your comments on what you think we did well and where we could do better.
Please feel free to speak with a nurse, your doctor or ask to fill out our leaflet “How can we improve our service?”
Most of our patients are pleased with their stay in hospital. However, we would like to hear from you if you are unhappy about any part of it, whether that is with the catering, the standard of cleanliness, the care you are receiving or something else.
It is important that you tell us as soon as possible so please try to raise your concerns with the staff in the department involved first.
