Special Arrangements
If you require any special arrangements, for example an interpreter, someone to sign if your are deaf, assistance if you are visually impaired, lifting equipment and so on, please contact the outpatient department, giving us as much notice as possible.
Guide/Hearing Dogs
Guide/hearing dogs are permitted within the hospital building.
Wheelchairs
These are available throughout the hospital. If you require a wheelchair, please speak to the reception staff when you arrive.
Facilities
The following are available in or around the main entrance of the hospital:
- Cash dispenser machine
- Toilets
- Baby changing facilities
- Shop: Open Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm.
- Restaurant and coffee bar: Open Monday to Sunday 8am to 7pm.
- Coffee bar: Open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm.
(If consuming drinks outwith these areas, please ensure they are transported in appropriately sealed containers)
