NHS Lanarkshire aims to provide the best possible treatment and care for its patients. We are firmly committed to improving the quality of our services by listening to what our patients, their relatives and visitors tell us about them.
Feedback will be shared with staff and used for learning, improvement and allow staff to reflect upon practice.
Ways in which to provide feedback to NHS Lanarkshire:
- Speak to a member of staff
- Complete a ‘We are listening‘ card and hand it to a member of staff or complete a Freepost “comments, compliments and suggestions” card and post it at no cost to you.
- Share your story anonymously at Care Opinion or call 0800 122 31 35. Please see recent comments made about NHS Lanarkshire.

NHS Lanarkshire is committed to providing high quality care and treatment through the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. We understand however, that sometimes things go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with something we have done, or have not done, please tell us and we will do our best to put things right. If we cannot resolve matters in the way you want, we will explain why it’s not possible to do as you suggest.
