Feedback and Complaints

Feedback

NHS Lanarkshire aims to provide the best possible treatment and care for its patients. We are firmly committed to improving the quality of our services by listening to what our patients, their relatives and visitors tell us about them.

Feedback will be shared with staff and used for learning, improvement and allow staff to reflect upon practice.

Ways in which to provide feedback to NHS Lanarkshire:

  • Speak to a member of staff
  • Complete a ‘We are listening‘ card and hand it to a member of staff or complete a Freepost “comments, compliments and suggestions” card and post it at no cost to you.

For complaints, please visit our Complaints Procedure page for all the relevant phone numbers.
